System Design and Coding services
Saxby Willson can provide fully outsourced system design and coding services or provide personnel to assist internal teams in their project and day to day tasks. Whether you require a maintenance programmer or a team of skilled individuals we can provide a solution that makes sense.
Out of Hours Coding and IT Support
The traditional view of business hours has changed, therefore businesses have to respond to a global target market and ensure that their services and products are available around the clock. Supporting your IT infrastructure or specific front line systems is a must when trying to provide the best in customer support and business continuity. Saxby Willson can monitor, track and respond to issues out of hours and report back to internal teams based on a pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We are able to translate from English into 60+ different languages and have a series of service levels to cater for the most demanding of Clients. Our translation services are calculated on a per ‘page’ basis where a page is deemed as 1800 characters including spaces. Translations can be undertaken during and out of hours, be it on an ad-hoc or pre arranged basis. Our service levels are as follows:
- Standard – 3 day turn around for translation (normally used for large volumes of content)
- Express – 24 hour turn around of translation ( e.g. Press Releases, Articles, Company documentation)
- On Call – Pre arrange personel to be on standby to receive and translate content
Hosting and Maintenance of Production Systems
Fully outsourced system and digital media hosting services are available for Clients wanting to minimise their infrastructure footprint whilst having a dedicated maintenance team supporting their business needs. Various maintenance contracts are available with Client specific Service Level Agreements and on call facilities.
