Develop a fully integrated PR system that can assist in providing digital media for PR events covering a wide variety of industries. In addition to the portal a series of Brand surveys were to be carried out.
A dedicated ‘PR Portal’ was created that was able to provide real time data and updates directly to various Clients accounts. The system included the ability to publish PR events, documentation and graphical assets providing a centralised source for spring boarding PR projects for both the agency and its Clients. Social media feeds were integrated into a given event dashboard providing users with a one click solution to all event content. Saxby Willson provided hosting services and technical support for the PR Agency as well as their Clients that were accessing the portal. Target Product Profile surveys were carried out using an ‘off the shelf’ platform to provide audio, video and image based feedback for Agency Clients who wanted to test their upcoming products and brand with a series of advisory boards.
