Develop a fully featured CATi and Online surveying tool that integrates directly to internal identification systems.
Due to the nature of the close integration required with our Client’s internal identification systems, there was a need to develop a survey tool from first principal. The survey system included standard and advanced behaviours and features that of a normal ‘off the shelf’ solution, with the addition of being heavily integrated into the Client’s infrastructure. Full respondent administration, Client survey branding and secure link services were implemented. Saxby Willson provided development support as well as an ongoing SLA which included maintenance for survey creation and monitoring.
